I was offered a room with great views of the ocean. The location was particularly good, close to a popular mall.

The breakfast was excellent, well presented and with a huge variety of options.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, welcome base for 6 nights in Danang. Beautifully decorated & bright room with a safe box, TV set, and a mini fridge bar. Nice views of the ocean and clean facilities. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Trang at the concierge desk went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. The room on the 22nd floor was bright and airy with a beautiful view.

Everything was simply excellent. We were in Danang for 4 days, had very good stay, the hotel was fairly clean with favourable and best possible location to call for a transport to Be Man Seafood restaurant. Location: the property was adjacent to a shopping mall and the Dragon Bridge and the night market, Dragon Bridge and Vincom Plaza and others bridge. And there was Ariel Coffee & Bar with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient.

Their staff were not particularly helpful.

We loved the amazing design of this hotel, which made us feel like we were at home. The staff was kind and always willing to help us. The breakfast had many options to choose from and was very tasty. The hotel amenities were also great, such as the comfortable and clean room, the fantastic view of the famous bridges, and its ideal location to go to the night market or Be Man Seafood restaurant.

The hotel is located between the famous bridges and near the river – a perfect spot for a view of the city. It's easy to call for a transport to Be Man Seafood restaurant and the night market. Breakfast has lots of variety, and room service is good. Room is clean and very comfortable, with a clear view of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge.

It's difficult to communicate with staff as most people speak/understand only Vietnamese, which can lead to misunderstandings.

Our stay at this hotel was exquisite. The room was immaculate with exclusive amenities and breathtaking river views. The swimming pool and Spa centre were superb, and the massages were exceptional. The restaurant had a delicious lunch and buffet breakfast with diverse options. The staff was attentive, and the lobby bar had a great selection of drinks to enjoy while relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was a bit far from the area's main attractions. However, this could easily be solved with a short taxi ride.
